Tobi Wilson
Toby Wilson

Board Chair and President, Health Roundtable

Mr Tobi Wilson was appointed as the Health Roundtable Board Chair and President in April 2021.

Tobi’s substantive position is the Chief Executive, South Eastern Sydney Local Health District since April 2019. He is an experienced, progressive health leader, with a passion for innovation in health care.

Having started his career as a physiotherapist, Tobi has held leadership roles across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales. With a strong history in partnering external to health, Tobi has sought to leverage the knowledge and experience of other sectors to confront the challenges to today’s healthcare. Tobi has a proven track record of embracing technology as a disruptor to transform the delivery of health services within and beyond the walls of the hospital.

Fionnagh Dougan
Fionnagh Dougan

National Director, Hospital & Specialist Services, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora | Board member, Health Roundtable

Fionnagh brings significant experience in large-scale integration of health services and has led the development of single health services in Queensland, Australia and the greater Wellington region, creating high performing teams and leading sustainable transformation. She is a decisive health system leader with highly developed strategic thinking and transformational leadership skills.

Extensive executive leadership and governance experience enables Fionnagh to lead transformation while building and motivating high performing teams who have the confidence, skills and knowledge to work with colleagues and patients to deliver on key priorities.

Fionnagh is strategic, innovative and results oriented, with a focus on achieving excellence and developing lasting capability in system, organisations and teams.

Fionnagh holds a BA (HONS) Communication, Media and Marketing, Glasgow Caledonian University along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Health), Sheffield University.

Fionnagh trained as a registered general nurse followed by qualification as a mental health and addiction professional. Through this pathway, she progressed to complete the NHS Management Development Programme

Fionnagh is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Geraldine Lannon

Chief Executive Officer, Baptcare and Baptcare Affordable Housing (Subsidiary of Baptcare) | Board Member, Health Roundtable

Geraldine Lannon joined Baptcare as the Chief Executive in 2022. She is committed to empowering staff to achieve excellence in caring for Baptcare’s customers. Geraldine has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, predominantly across metropolitan and rural Western Australian public health and community services.

Geraldine holds clinical, management and governance qualifications including a Master of Business Administration and has been a finalist in the Telstra Women’s Business Awards. Geraldine was recently appointed the Deputy Chair of the Board for the national peak body the Aged & Community Care Providers Association in addition to being a board member for the Health Round Table since 2014 , she is also a member of the National Aged Care Workforce Committee.

Dr Emma McCahon

Chief Executive Officer at Central Adelaide Health Network | Board Member, Health Roundtable

Emma started her career in health as a paediatrician, over the last 20 years Emma has held senior executive roles in large health services across metropolitan and regional areas.   

In addition to her clinical training, Emma has invested in building her leadership skills through completing a Graduate Certificate in change management, an Executive MBA, completing the advanced training program in quality and safety at Intermountain health care and an executive coaching certificate.  

Emma believes that to achieve different outcomes in healthcare we need a different type of leadership. Emma believes we need a leadership that leans into the expertise and experience of people on the ground and focuses on building the capability of our workforce. This type of leadership requires courage, requires focus on the people, connection, trust and collaboration. 

Dr David Rosengren
David Rosengren

Executive Director Organisational Development, Gold Coast Health | Board Member, Health Roundtable

David is a specialist emergency medicine Physician with over 25 years of clinical and leadership experience in both public and private hospitals. David has held senior operational leadership roles within Metro North Health and then Queensland Department of Health prior to his current role with Gold Coast Health

David is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company also holds current Board Directorship with Lives Lived Well and Sony Foundation

Frances Diver
Frances Diver

Chief Executive, Barwon Health | Board Member, Health Roundtable

Frances is a well-known and respected healthcare leader in Victoria, having held senior leadership roles for more than 20 years. Initially training as a nurse and midwife, Frances has worked in a clinical setting in a number of metropolitan and regional hospitals across New Zealand and Australia.

Frances was Deputy Secretary, Hospital and Health Service Performance in the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services until 2016.  Before joining Barwon Health as Chief Executive in April 2019, Frances was Chief Executive Officer of the Country Fire Authority (CFA).

Frances chairs the Barwon South West Region Health Service CEO Council, is a Director G21 Board, Member Barwon Regional Partnership, Member Deakin Institute for Health Transformation Board, Member Deakin IMPACT Institute Advisory Board and Member Deakin Business School Advisory Board.

In 2020, Frances was appointed Adjunct Professor in the Faculty of Health at Deakin University.

Dr Dale Bramley

Chief Examiner of the New Zealand College of Public Health Medicine | Board Member, Health Rountable

Dr Dale Bramley, MBChB, MPH, MBA, FAFPHM, FNZCPHM, is a public health medicine specialist and experienced senior leader within the New Zealand health sector.

A 2003-04 Harkness Fellow in health care policy and practice, he served as the chief executive officer of New Zealand’s largest health board for 11 years and is currently National Director of Improvement and Innovation for Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora.

Dale has previously served as Chair of New Zealand’s Health Quality & Safety Commission. He has also served as a member of New Zealand’s National Health Committee, National Ethics Committee and the New Zealand Government’s COVID-19 independent review and advice group.  

He is an adjunct Professor at Auckland University of Technology. He has tribal affiliations to Ngā Puhi.

Lindsey Gough

Experienced CEO, Executive Leader and Board Member, Health Roundtable

Lindsey is an experienced CEO, Executive Leader and Board member with extensive experience in the Healthcare sector. With expertise in numerous fields including; safety and quality, change management, relationship building, financial management, leadership, clinical and corporate governance, audit and risk and team building, and performance management amongst others.

Lindsey holds a professional qualifications in Biomedical Science – Histopathology and Cytopathology and a Masters of Science in Public Sector Management from Aston University in the UK. Lindsey has 42 years of experience in Healthcare both in Australia and the UK. This includes 29 years of experience in management and leadership positions.

Lindsey is also a Board Member of Ronald McDonald House Charities, South Australia.

Mr Neil Doverty

Board Member, Health Roundtable - Western Australia

Neil is the Group Executive Director at Fiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group in Perth and represents WA State at the HRT Board. He joined FSFHG in 2018 and quickly appreciated the value of HRT in enabling service development and continuous quality improvement.

Neil is a UK dual-trained RN and a in-service graduate of the NHS GMTS. He has post-graduate qualifications in health services management and has held various Board Director positions in healthcare for 20 years. He emigrated in 2018 and is married to Jude, together they have 3 daughters.
